99% of what comes on the market at Fairfax Ridge is a short sale. So yes this is a short sale. They usually take 3-5 months to close.

- It does not face 66 so you will not hear the noise

Listed at $225,000 and should appraise slightly higher. I have sold a couple in this complex just slightly higher than this. So the bank should accept this price.
