INTRODUCTION
We havnt had an updated section on Fairfax Ridge in a while because nothing is happening. There are only 4 condos currently available and they are all short sales. I do have good news, we helped a buyer buy a short sale that is closing next week !

OBSERVATIONS
All I can say is there is big difference in the sales of some of the recent condos. Short Sales vs. Bank Owned. I know this community very well. If your agent doesn't, then you are going to be paying $10-20k more like some of these people did for their condos. You do not want to be paying for condo in a market like this.
