Fall Maintenance Checklist
- Have HVAC unit serviced and turn on utility closet space heater when the temperature drops below 40 degrees
- Change filters
- Insure that all windows are caulked on the interior
- Check to make sure all bathroom caulk is intact
- Check all sinks and toilets for any leaks
Pest Control
The scheduled dates for the exterminator to come in November are the 10th and 24th between 9am and 12pm. Please contact the Management office by the preceding Friday if you would like your unit treated. This service is only offered to those who are experiencing trouble with pests, and residents must be home at the time of treatment to allow entrance into the unit.
